Michael LaRocca did you factor the 3 IPs that AWS reserves for a subnet (apart from .0 & .255 which is network & broadcast)?

• .1: Reserved by AWS for the VPC router
• .2: Reserved by AWS for the DNS server
• .3: Reserved by AWS for future use
